Drop Inn Ministries began working in Brazil in May of 2005. Now, we support three church leaders and youth music group in one of the shanty towns of Rio de Janeiro. What began as a music school now educates children who would have otherwise not have received any form of education.
In a separate town, we support a ‘Drop-In’ Centre for young people with no hope or future who are being drawn into a lifestyle of gangs, drugs and prostitution.
For a number of years we partnered with local man Martin and his wife Rebecca Davison in the Amazonian region of Maues. With them, we supported a school that educates over 100 students from the neediest parts of Maues.
Presently we work with Latin American Ministries, partnering with Noel and Sandra Quinlan in Rio.
