Greece Round 4

A new team, led by Nigel Burrows, are currently working in Greece. This time their efforts are focussed on the situation at the Macedonian border.

The team are working at a refugee camp in a village on the Greek side of the border. It’s a camp that’s consisting of roughly ten thousand displaced people: mainly Syrian. Aid is being brought in by the van-load from nearby Thessaloniki.

There is a heavy police presence, especially around the railway lines that were recently featured on the news.
